Puppypix

Emrack drove up from Kansas City to get a turkey sandwich (and to deal with possesions he hasn't moved yet) and brought Hunter with. Thanks to recent progress on the move to the you know house, I succesfully took well lit (I hung a much better light in the master bedroom) canine pictures against a solid background (walls are painted and the bed is set up). To conserve your bandwith and further my blogging skills, half-size linked thumbnails are in the extended entry below.

She, actually. She told my wee wifey what her name was in a dream, and rejected as irrelevant to her species the notion that it was a male name. The cuteness comes out in these pictures because she was lounging on the bed. What I really want is a picture of what Emrack calls her "not happy" face, but that will require being ready with a camera when another dog tries to steal her food.

Of the people who react to her, 90% comment on how pretty or cute she is, 5% comment on how well behaved she is (we spent a lot of time and money on training and she considers most passing dogs beneath her notice) and 5% cross the street as we approach.

What a wonderful looking girl she is. And how lucky you are. Be sure to love her as much as you can find time for. She most likely won't be with you forever.
