Skiffy Question
Has any author ever produced a work of fiction taking place in a universe wherein travel takes place between stars bearing the names listed for them in the International Star Registry?

The International Star Registry is itself fiction. The rubes don't realize that being "stored in book form in the Library of Congress" means nothing. You could bind your blogroll and store it in the LOC.
