Additional Heirs
There is another key question, never raised in the discussion of the estate of Darth Vader. This estate, to answer one commenter, would no doubt include considerable wealth in the form of land holdings, orbital mineral rights, and confiscated assets. Might not other relatives not mentioned in the saga, Vaders such as Taxi and Draft E, have claims on the estate?
